Warne Marsh Live: 1948 - 1955

Over at Dime, the very generous "glockenspiel" has offered up a wealth of unreleased Warne Marsh recordings, which he has graciously allowed to be shared here.

This is the first of four posts covering 9 live performances by Warne Marsh from 1948 to 1958. As can be expected with private recordings, the sound quality varies and isn't always hi-fi. But it's all eminently listenable, and it's all in lossless format.

  2. "over at Dime"? I just spent half an hour looking for that bog... it seems it has escaped my permanent jazzistic search! Can you point to it more clearly? Many thank
